With great pleasure we would like to announce that the students from our Student Research Group of Unconventional Vehicles OFF-ROAD managed to qualify for the international competition University Rover Challenge 2022! Its flagship project – Scorpio – on the construction of a Mars rover is being prepared for this prestigious event, which is returning after a 2-year hiatus caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Below is a video presentation of all 36 qualified teams, which represent as many as 10 countries. It is worth mentioning that Poland will be represented by 4 teams from different universities, including representatives of our Alma Mater. This year’s competition will be held from June 1st – 4th at the Mars Desert Research Station in Hanksville, Utah.
